Pros: The Pendry is one of, if not our favorite NYC stay. We will be back for Thanksgiving! Cons: Literally nothing, the stay was perfect.

Great place to stay and be looked after

Very much underdelivered on service - highly overpriced and disappointing
Pros: nice wooden detail in room Cons: nobody helped us with luggage (3 suitcases, hotel is not stepless so had to lift suitcases ourselves room was not available despite earlier messaging alternative room in different category, much cheaper but no credit given, not even offer of some compensation (even just a drink) bathroom was oddly designed with both shower and toilet door opening towards the middle where the sink was leaving no room to stand if inside and both doors open. just awkward every time one wanted to use either toilet or shower breakfast finished already at 10am in the restaurant
