It is a scam
Pros: Nothing Cons: There is a scam, the building is not what it looks like on the booking website. It is a small 4-floor building with almost no facilities. It is far from the airport, not 450 meters as mentioned on the booking website. It has no relation with the Grand Hayat Group.
