Rustig verblijf in Berlijn
Pros: Goed verblijf in een rustige wijk en toch niet ver van het centrum. Genoeg ontbijtmogelijkheden in de buurt. Bereikbaarheid met U en S bahn prima. Cons: Geen personeel gezien. Niemand aan de balie, alles gebeurt digitaal. Een persoonlijk contact is toch altijd een meerwaarde.
Super und unkompliziert!
Pros: Sauber & schick, super Lage , Einrichtung Cons: Nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat
Pros: Nice place to stay, clean and centrally located. Cons: Check in was a bit confusing to be honest. My suggestion would be to also send a WhatsApp message with instructions, together with a video walk through. If you have entrance 1 (including room 14), you need to go left immediately after entering. I went upstairs. Maybe I am stupid. But I think it can be more clear in communication.
Pros: Molto bello il posto e malgrado i bagni in condivisione è tutto molto pulito e piacevole. Cons: Non ho mai ricevuto la mail col codice per il self check in. Ho dovuto chiamare una volta davanti alla reception ( orario di apertura ma nessuno presente) . Mi è stato detto che il codice era stato mandato e persino usato. Ovviamente questo non è successo. Katrin cmq ha provveduto tempestivamente a mandarmi un sms col codice e da lì tutto è filato liscio!
Cozy, clean, and very attentive staff
Pros: The room was clean and very comfortable. It looked pretty new, and they refreshed the towels everyday. Even though the bathroom and toilet were shared, it still felt quite private, as each bathroom/toilet is separate and there are three of them. I very rarely saw anyone using the bathroom/toilet at the same time as me. Cons: There is not much to complain about. But I'd appreciate bathroom amenities (shampoo, body soap, and toothpaste) to be provided to each guest. Also, the price was a bit expensive for my budget but it can also be due to the Berlin Marathon that overlapped my stay.
