Pros: The location of the hotel was very good
Pros: The location of the hotel was very good. The staff was friendly. There were always clean towels. Cons: There was a lack of a wardrobe in the room, so our suitcases were on the floor in the room. Since we booked without breakfast, plates and cutlery in the room would be desirable. Upon request at the hotel, we received disposable plates and cutlery. Some hotel guests were questionable.

Overall a great gem of a place so close to Perth Underground Train station and the shopping area
Pros: Check-in very smooth. Room very clean and the bed comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Location very close to the Perth Underground station, approximately 7 minutes walk. Shops including Woolworths supermarket 6 minutes walk, as are cafes and Forest Place. Cons: Pillows hard.. could do with changing as they were flat and hard. A lot of steps led to the property...not easy to negotiate with luggage
