Lovely hotel but ask for a room on a lower floor
The hotel is really nice and I found the staff to be really nice too. It's in an ideal location right on the promenade so easy to find and I had no problem finding somewhere to park our hire car. The only thing I would say negative is that my top floor room had two issues: it was really warm and I couldn't find a fan. The other problem was that on the first night of the stay I had four wasps flying around in the early hours so I had to close the window - which made the room unbearably warm and disturbed my sleep. Nicely situated on Queens Promenade
he Penta is situated on the Queens Promenade. Easy access to the Electric railway and Bus stops that take you to other places. We had a complimentary breakfast and the staff are friendly and very helpful
