We loved the unit and the location, I would stay again and bring earplugs!

Pros: Great location for everything we wanted to do. Beds were very comfortable, the view was really nice at sunset and sunrise. Cons: Communication with staff before trip was really hard to get a timely response. The staff member who let us in was very friendly and did great. However there was a female staff member showing guests around and we were coming back and crossing by the pool and she looked at me and then proceeded to not hold the door to the courtyard and it shut right in our face. Then stood in the doorway showing the gym and we had to say excuse me just to get by with no response

STAY AWAY, unwelcoming hosts don't know the definition of "hospitality"--shabby apartment & service.

Cons: Immediately following making the reservation, I received a lengthy list of rules. Each of these threatened outrageous fines for noncompliance. At the same time, we were required to make an appointment to check in, and were kept waiting in an alley for 30 minutes because the host had locked himself out. The apartment was rundown and shabby. I could have gotten a nice hotel room for the same price and avoided the hassle while being much more comfortable.

Pros: Nice and comfortable Cons: All the rules to get in and out of the building. and the expectations when you left. Was bad enough we didn't even eat in the unit, ate out every meal.

Incredible value, very secure building, great for a family excursion downtown!

Pros: Nice view of the sound from the deck, 2 story windows in the living area, quiet flush toilets, very secure building with parking for a full size SUV. Cons: Second story Bedroom mattress could use an upgrade, carpet is close to end of life.
