Pera Hotel Baku

The staff was completely untrustworthy. After taking a copy of my passport, they forgot to return it and left it on the copier for a while. They entered my room for cleaning while I was out, even though I did not request it. Around 5 a.m., a staff member opened the door without any notice. He did not enter the room and immediately closed the door. These are things I have never experienced in any hotel I have traveled to so far. I only have distrust and will probably never come to this country again. It's the worst.

スタッフがまったく信用できなかった。 ①パスポートのコピーをとった後、パスポートの返却を忘れてしばらくコピー機に放置されました ②頼んでもいないのに、私が部屋を留守にしている際に部屋の清掃に入られました ③朝5時頃、なんの断りもなくスタッフが勝手にドアを開けてきました。彼は部屋には入らず、すぐにドアを閉めました。 これらは、少なくともこれまで私が旅行してきたホテルで経験したことのないものです。不信感しかありませんし、今後この国に来ることもないでしょう。最悪です。

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious. In addition, unbeatable value for money. What more could you want :)

Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind geräumig. Dazu unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Was will man mehr :)
