The staff was completely untrustworthy
The staff was completely untrustworthy. After taking a copy of my passport, they forgot to return it and left it on the copier for a while. They entered my room for cleaning while I was out, even though I did not request it. Around 5 a.m., a staff member opened the door without any notice. He did not enter the room and immediately closed the door. These are things I have never experienced in any hotel I have traveled to so far. I only have distrust and will probably never come to this country again. It's the worst.

Excellent hotel!!!
Very attentive staff! The breakfast staff were helpful and promptly fulfilled our requests! The room was great! Even though it was next to the reception, the acoustics were excellent. The breakfast gets a rating of 4 out of 5. It is close to everything and only 200 meters from the Maidan Tower. Highly recommended!

The Pera hotel is located in the Old Town, which is very convenient for tourists. There are numerous cafes and restaurants offering national meals. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. Front desk associates Eldar and Emil are very professional and knowledgeable, always ready to assist customers. The homemade breakfasts are delicious and healthy, with a variety of fruits. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
