Pros: The location. Cons: Terrible experience. Don't be fooled by positive reviews. Booked a premium tree house in January, arrived and waited diligently until 2 pm to receive the room keys. 45 minutes to get the luggage, the air conditioning doesn't work and we were moved to a standard house (after waiting two hours watching a technician clearly unable to fix it). The new house I believe is on the hygiene limits. Sheets and towels (one each) stained. We didn't even open the bed. Toilet broken after 12 hours. Dirty bathroom full of hair in the shower. Breakfast not worth commenting on. Natural

Pros: The location of the accommodation is the best, in the middle of the jungle, with private beaches... It is definitely an idyllic place. We encountered very pleasant staff within the facilities. Cons: I think it is quite neglected and understaffed, the cabins are quite old, with some broken or defective elements, and lack of cleanliness. The restaurant service was very slow, it took us two hours to eat waiting for the service.
