Super stylish and contemporary hotel.

Pros: The hotel was situated near the centre of Amsterdam and close the tram that took you to Central Station. The hotel has a number of bespoke rooms which we enjoyed as well as excellent facitilities. We booked a family stay and the room accommodated us easily. We used room service and the quality of food and refreshment was above our expectations, restaurant quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. The old part of the hotel feels very luxurious and stylish. Cons: There was some communication issues between reception staff and communication with restaurant and spa staff. We tried to book a

Pros: Comfortable room with all the facilities ie iron, water etc, friendly helpful staff, decent gym & pool - not massive jut had everything needed Cons: Nothing
