I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip, and overall, the experience was okay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, but nothing really stood out in a positive way. On the first day, I noticed that the shampoo bottle was almost empty. When I asked reception for a replacement, I was told I should continue squeezing out the last drops and that it could only be refilled the next day during housekeeping. On my second night, I returned to the hotel and was informed there would be no hot water. The staff offered to move me to another property either in the city center or in Ixelles 105
