A pleasant stay
Pros: Nice facility and spacious room Cons: Due to the Albert bridge closure, the nearby areas were completely clogged. Uber or black cabs are very hard to get as they run into the traffic and keep cancelling and/or there is always a much longer wait to get one. Not having the underground stop near by makes it more inconvenient. Some staff were friendly and others weren’t.
Short stay in London
The location was good, had a shopping avenue and restaurants located behind the hotel which can access along the river walk and train station. The beds were comfy and room as spacious.

Très déçu et très nul
Pros: Le lit est très confortable et le personnel très serviable et accueillant. Cons: L’hôtel en lui-même fait vieux, les chambres aussi. Je trouve ça assez cher. 1700€ pour ça ? C’est abusé ! Le petit dej on me l’a vendu comme un grand buffet avec tout et c’est faux. Le buffet est petit, pas complet. Il n’y a que des œufs brouillés. Pas de possibilité d’avoir des omelettes parce que c’est un surplus. J’ai été très très déçu. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel. J’ai dépensé 1700€ pour rien.
