Pros: I liked the ambience of the place, it was clean, well situated in the center of London, taxi service and close to the train station making getting around easy. The staff were very polite, friendly, and professional. Cons: I paid for my room using two credit cards, the first payment of 400 pounds went out ok, then the balance was supposed to be taken out of another credit card plus a charge for breakfast for two days. I paid, got the ok that payment has gone through. Since I was on holiday, I just assumed the biggest bill was paid so I used my card based on the balance that I could see. C
