Cons: Staff when clearing the tables, should probably be using trays. While I was having breakfast staff dropped a knife, it landed on my foot, caused it to bleed, it became a bit swollen. Yes was an accident but still. Rooms could be better

Les prestations fournies sont très loin du niveau annoncé pour un établissement classé 4 étoiles. Malgré l’heure d’arrivée indiquée lors de la réservation, nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 15h00 pour accéder à notre chambre, alors que nous étions sur place dès 12h00. Durant cette attente, il était même impossible d’utiliser les toilettes de l’établissement, celles-ci étant en cours de nettoyage et aucune solution à nous proposer. Pros: We appreciated our stay and would like to thank the hotel team for their hospitality. Overall, the hotel has a modern and interesting concept, and we enjoyed our time in Lisbon. Cons: The rooms were quite small, but the main issue for us was the bathroom design. Part of the bathroom walls were transparent, which meant that the inside of the bathroom was clearly visible from the room. This may be uncomfortable for many guests, and we believe it should be clearly mentioned before booking, as it was not obvious from the photos.
