Great neighborhood, easy access, but the experience was overshadowed by the unexpected closure of the pool
Pros: The location is beautiful, in a modern and luxurious neighborhood. Easy to get to. Convenient parking. A stylish lobby with Ronaldo memorabilia. A lively and vibrant area. Cons: Upon arrival, we discovered that the pools were broken and therefore closed, without any prior notice. They offered us a free dinner as compensation, but we declined because the children specifically wanted to use the pools. The staff member handled the situation very casually, as if it were completely normal. It felt like: 'Do you want a room or not?'

We booked a twin room because we are two guys and they only had a king bed. They said they would bring an extra bed, but
Pros: The rooms are really spacious with a great view and a nice small swimming pool Cons: The service was good
