Pros: My problems are not related to the location and comfort of the room. The staff is extremely careless. The customer service is the worst I have experienced. I left a phone charger by mistake and from that same night I realized it, I spent the whole day trying to get it back. In the end, the charger was lost. I suppose the cleaning staff found it and decided to keep it, the lack of empathy, unbelievable. The reception staff didn't hesitate to help me. And as promised, here is my most sincere review of your service. Needless to say, I will never stay at a hotel from your chain again. Cons:

I have stayed in 5-star hotels where the staff was not as helpful and attentive as here. Next time I go to Lisbon, this will definitely be a hotel to repeat: excellent location and perfect for a short stay!
