Pet friendly home in Historic Springfield near TIAA

Cons: Dishwasher and garbage disposal leaked everywhere. The trash outside was overflowing when we got there. The grounds were overgrow and un kept. The AC stopped working several times, it got to 95 degrees upstairs. The roof leaked, it was coming down in the stairwell and bathroom. If I hadn't just had a double mastectomy at UF Health we would have found another place to stay. The owner lives on the west coast and clearly has no desire to do the many repairs and up keep needed.

We loved the place! The host was super friendly and easy! We brought our dogs and it was great! House had plenty of space for all 6 of us!

Pros: A lot of space Cons: Very odd art on the walls, everything is very creaky, cockroaches everywhere.

Pros: House was clean Cons: That it says 3 bedroom, and 4 beds but only had 3 beds in house which was very inconvenient

Misrepresentation

Pros: The beautiful historical structure of the home. Cons: The decor inside the home is beyond disrepair and the art on the walls are horrific for children. My 17 year old daughter was terrified of the wall art in the main sitting room.
