The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is varied and rich, with quality products. Cons: We liked everything. Perhaps the room could be modernized a bit, but just to say something. It's a minor detail.

Pros: What I liked the most was the attention of the staff that greets you when you arrive and are at the reception. They are all very attentive, making you want to return to the hotel. Cons: I would improve the breakfast.

Excellent hotel to use as a start to a wonderful visit to Madrid.
Pros: The staff at the desk and the breakfast room were friendly and very efficient. The breakfast was well stocked with lots of choices. This historic hotel is well placed between the Plaza del Sol and the Plaza Mayor where you can dine and shop for souvenirs, find taxis etc. Cons: Nothing
