Always excellent.

Pros: The checking in process was amazing. We were upgraded and welcomed as family. The cave bar is always a highlight. But best of all was breakfast and Omar’s attentiveness and natural friendliness. Everyone at the hotel was professional and we were treated excellently. The room was lovely and the outside couch on the balcony a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. This is our fourth stay here and continues to be a favorite. Cons: Nothing at all.

Stay here if you are going to Petra!!

The location is so perfect, the staff is helpful and extremely nice We really enjoyed the food there, breakfast and dinner were amazing The Cave restaurant is such a great place to eat
