Handy, clean and quiet at a good price.

The communication from the hosts was awesome, and the location was great - right in the heart of the Petticoat Lane area, but still quiet. The room was a great size and was really clean, including the towels and bed linen provided. I needed a later check-out and the team made that happen, which I really appreciated.

Not great, avoid if staying over 1 night.

Pros: Central location. Cons: Bad smell in the corridor and apartment even with windows open. Dirty towels. Sticky floor. No shower gel/shampoo and toilet roll.

Struttura pulita e comoda con i trasporti

Pros: Vicinissimo alla Liverpool street station, per noi che avevamo i voli a degli orari un po' strani ha reso tutto molto comodo. Struttura pulita in una zona abbastanza tranquilla. Cons: Il numero di telefono presente su booking non é corretto, ma si può trovare sulla mail di conferma della struttura. Se si hanno dei bagagli ingombranti le scale sono veramente strette e in po' pericolose,ma noi avevamo solo zaini, perciò non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Good location, good value for money. Rather clean, but bit small for 2 people.

Pros: Good location, just by the London Liverpool Street station. Good value for money. Clean and comfy beds, as well as shared bathroom. Quiet street, self-check in, with no staff. Wifi worked. Shared bathroom for only 3 rooms. Cons: Lots of codes and access doors. Not that easy to locate entrance door at night (you need some minute to figure it out). Don’t forget your mobile phone when you go to bathroom! There is 6 digit code to access the room, so you won’t remember it without your phone. Relative small room and bed for 2 people.
