Pros: Location is perfect
Pros: Location is perfect. Room is beautiful and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and functional. Cons: Coffee maker was a bit dirty. Could not use it to get hot water to mix with baby formula.

Disappointing.
Pros: Only the location. Cons: During my check-in, I had a very disappointing experience with your reception staff. The lady at the front desk was rude and appeared more concerned about the end of her shift than assisting guests. There was a long queue at check-in, and she seemed visibly frustrated by the number of people waiting. When I asked about internet access, my question was ignored, which I found unprofessional and discourteous. I was equally disappointed with the service in the luggage storage/locker room. My luggage was handled very carelessly, with staff appearing to throw bags arou
