Pros: La casetta è piccola ma accogliente e funzionale. Al nostro arrivo era calda. È a 10 Km dalla Penguins Parade. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Cons: Wi-fi poco funzionante. Probabilmente non è correlato alla struttura ma il ristorante adiacente, nonostante risultasse in orario di apertura, alle 19.00 era già chiuso 😒

Pros: The Room was very comfy and in a great location. It had an awesome shower and a great heater and if it wasnt for the sand and blood on the sheets it would've been a 11/10 for sure. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. Cons: There was sand in the bed and a blood stain on the sheets which definitely made the experience a negative overall, we told the staff however they said it couldn't be right because they are freshly washed, we were actually hoping to get a refund or a discount for our next stay however none of this was offered.

Staff were very friendly A few things were broken or not working like the bbq and some sporting equipment

Pros: The staff were friendly and when we enquired about moving to a room with more space they gave us a free upgrade to a the safari tents as there was construction at the park

Pros: The staff were friendly and when we enquired about moving to a room with more space they gave us a free upgrade to a the safari tents as there was construction at the park. On the last day of our stay the water stopped working in the morning and the staff promptly fixed the situation and even gave us complimentary muffins which was a sweet gesture. Overall we had a wonderful stay for your first little family holiday and would happily visit again. Cons: Water pressure in the shower wasnt amazing in the safari tent but nothing you couldn't work around.

Pros: 露營區，提供洗衣機和烘衣機，但是要自己自備幾個1元零錢，有桌球桌和一些小小的遊樂器材。對面過去就是在野生無尾熊保育中心，附近也有超市可以購買食材。 Cons: 聞到隔壁間房客烤肉味，一群人歡樂聊天，夜晚還是不時聽到對方的聊天聲音。空間大，冷氣一臺，房間角落還是不時感到寒冷，幸好床鋪上面有鋪電毯，睡起來舒適溫暖。
