We had a wonderful stay at Phillip Island Resort Villas and were very happy with the whole experience. The villa was exceptionally clean, neat, comfortable, and very functional. It was also very well equipped with everything we needed, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the accommodation. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and well maintained, which made our stay easy and relaxing. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phillip Island!

Relax Getaway
Pros: Loved the location very close to Cowes. The villa was nice and comfortable, Beds and pillows so comfortable .Loved that Mike was very approachable and prompt with our enquiries. He was also patient and knowledgeable when we couldnt get our Wifi to work and connect to TV..Will definitely stay here again when we are at Phillip Island.

Disappointing and over rated holiday let.
Pros: Location was acceptable, but needed some attention around the property
Cons: Contacting the host was disappointing and discourteous. The hot water system was an antique unit needing an upgrade. Did not have hot water on arrival and had to get in touch with the host late at night, who messaged with instructions. However, during our two day stay we had to switch on the unit five times, walking out at night in the rain, in muddy and soggy conditions to switch back the non-functioning unit. The host did not contact us at all, other than sending one message and that was all. Extreamly poor cu

I really enjoyed my stay at this property
Pros: Self catering, we were able to cook in the house
Cons: I didn’t have any issues, it was very peaceful, family friendly and central to activities that we wished to participate
