Great service, great location, so much space!
Pros: Alice was amazing! She talked me through all the room options over the phone and got us in early. The apartment was enormous and had all the essentials. When a light stopped working, someone was there to fix it within minutes. Amazing location - just a few minutes walk to most of the restaurants and cafes in Cowes. We were spoilt for choice! Cons: The only tiny faults were that the dining chairs were moulting pleather which got on our clothes a bit, and there are no hand towel rails in the bathrooms. But on the whole, would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Great place close to shops.
Pros: Location. Easy parking. Comfortable dining chairs. Wonderful comfortable couch. I usually struggle getting on and of couches but this one was quite easy for me. Heater worked well in the lounge room Cons: Only 1 toilet available. For 3 bedrooms it definitely needs another toilet. Oven and washing machine/dryer were not easy to use even with instructions.

Everything except check-in process was superb
Pros: Cleanliness and Balconies Cons: Late check-ins are a hassle. You have to collect keys from the opposite side of the road and then have to get back to the property. We just wasted 30 min in this process on a rainy day. But once we were inside the apartment, the stay was pleasant
