Fantastic
We loved it. The location (Canary Wharf), the view from the 20th floor, and the comfortable bed. The apartment was super clean. We parked in a secure parking garage (Isle of Dogs-South Quai parking) for £16 per day (about 10 minutes walk).
Fine but expensive for what it included. But that is London!
Pros: Good location with easy access to Central London. Decent communication with owner. Clean. Cons: Expensive for what it was. It lacked the personal touch. Everything was via chat and codes. Safety deposit box did not work with the code we were given. Very AirBnB. Difficult to operate the shower. We couldn’t get the overhead shower to work; only handheld.
NA
Pros: Booking.com charged and sent me the confirmation. Then the property sent a message saying they were overbooked and that I should not be charged. I called the property and confirmed there is no availability and that Booking.com will have to refund the payment. Customer service never responded to my query. Cons: Unreliable service. Charging for non-available accommodation.
Great view and great stay
The view was something spectacular. The host was really kind in allowing us to leave our luggage in the room before check-in, everything was spotless and the location was perfect. A few minutes walk from Canary Wharf metro station. I fully recommend!
