Perfect room, location, food and friendly efficient staff
Pros: The proximity to Henley, the ambiance throughout, the food and especially the staff. The reception ladies (especially Rebecca) managed to move room for us, as the room we were given (no. 16) had a vent behind it which was a bit noisy as the weather was super hot. We were given a balcony room which overlooked the garden and river, it was wonderful. All the staff seemed to have the time to help all of the guests. Cons: Nothing
