We are happy and wouldn't consider going anywhere else in Hamburg!

Pros: As a family of three, we stayed at this hotel for three nights. We arrived at the main train station from the airport and then took a bus to the hotel. The hotel is very close to the main train station, only 3-4 stops away. The location is excellent; most of the sights are within walking distance. We had no difficulties and only used the bus once (due to fatigue) to return to the hotel. The hotel staff were very kind and willing to help. They answered our questions sincerely and were very helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quite large, and are cleaned daily upon request.

Super hôtel kid friendly et rooftop

Pros: Hôtel très joliment aménagé, les chambres étaient confortables et jolies. Espace super sympa pour les enfants aussi avec un kids club. Le rooftop est incroyable. Cons: On aurait adoré qu'il y ait plus de places de stationnement pour charger notre voiture électrique; toutes celles du parking étaient occupées.
