Cons: I didnt like that it was all cash payments. I arrived with 4 kids one in a wheelchair and a 4 year old with severe needs 2 and was told they wont exept the cash for the room i had to leave kids with older sibling to find a bank to lodge money into they refused to give the room key until i had money on my card even though i offerd to let them hold 800 cash belonging to me so the kids wouldnt ne left sitting in the hallway till i got back
Good stay at Pillo
Pros: Friendly staff and quite a comfortable and spacious room. Cons: No biscuits or water -- quite unusual these days. Though they kindly leave an empty carafe so you can get your own from a water filter at the end of the corridor - better than nothing!
Pros: Nice hotel, spacious rooms Cons: Confusion about the time the restaurant closes. One member of staff said 9.30 went to order and was told they closed at 9. We ordered take out delivered and were not allowed eat at the tables in the bar even though the restaurant was closed.
Pros: location Cons: one lift was out of service for 3 days
