Perfect location in a comfortable very clean and well presented hotel
Pros: We loved the location across from the beach, with a great view over the rooftops. The landlady was lovely and greeted us with a few bottles of ice cold water on a very hot day. Perfect location for Madrophenia on the beach concert
Cons: We had a small room but it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit awkward wouldn't be good for anyone on the larger side

Good value for money.
Pros: Spotlessly clean and helpful staff. Great location, couple minutes walk to beach and town.
Cons: We stayed in the summer and with the windows open it was quite noisy in the street until the early hours but I suppose that is out of their control and what is expected in a central location.

Excellent location, friendly host, very small room, but fine for a couple of nights.
Pros: It was very clean, the room was serviced each day and there was a good shower inside the room.
Cons: The room was tiny. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Convenient and comfortable for a short stay near Brighton Beach
Pros: Perfect location, compact, but all needs provided for including a good selection of snacks and hot drinks facilities in the room. The staff was very helpful and welcoming
Cons: Very small, car park is on the road outside and comes at additional cost of £15 per day, you have to be lucky to find a space
