Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

Beautifully located hotel with memorable views across the harbour to Vancouver

Pros: The location of the hotel and the view from the room were the standouts. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Cons: One of the first hotels we have stayed in where you had to pay for water. Almost all the others we have stayed in provided complimentary bottles at lest when first checking in. There were few places to sit and relax after checking out and waiting for a late flight.

Pros: Very nice location, nice rooms Cons: Doors opening and closing in near by rooms was very loud

Pros: Location- staff polite and helpful Cons: Hallway smelled horrible. Room had smell. Sheets was not clean.

Pros: Loved the room, the location and the staff were friendly, made the check in and out easy. Cons: A bit dissapointed in the al la carte breakfast. Aside from poached eggs being cooked fresh the bacon and potatoes were luke warm at best.

Overall, our stay was excellent. Would stay again!

Pros: All of the restaurants and shops that are close by is a great perk, many within walking distance. The breakfast in the restaurant within the restaurant was good. Cons: I thought the blinds on the outside of the bathroom window were odd. Anyone within the room could open them up and watch you shower.
