Pros: Locatie.
Cons: Prijzige accommodatie, maar dat hadden we ervoor over om tijdens de warme dagen airco te hebben (waar Pinnacle groot mee adverteert). Airco was er, maar deze kon alleen de begane grond (het zitgedeelte) koelen en niet het slaapgedeelte op de vide. Daar stond een ventilator. Eigenlijk hadden we toen al kunnen weten dat er iets niet klopte. Want op een goed gekoelde kamer, heb je geen extra ventilator nodig. Toen we dit de volgende dag aan de accommodatie doorgaven, kregen we te horen dat we hier 's nachts de manager hadden moeten bellen. Sorry, maar hoe had de manager 's na

Despite the lift we will definitely return
Pros: Addy, his beautiful assistant Madge. Nothing was too much trouble especially given one of us had mobility issues

Pros: I loved the checkin, very friendly and information staff. The rooms are cute, comfy, and well equipped. We had a nice view this time. The bar with record player is an absolute gem, and the robot a novelty. The location is perfect for ferry and bus arrivals, and for everything that Cowes offers.
Cons: A point lost for the lift not working, same as last year, I wonder if it ever works.

Pros: A very comfortable and interesting hotel. An oasis of comfortable facilities, great selection of IOW memorabilia. Huge selection of classic vinyl so guests can choose their own music. Super bar with a massive range and service to match.
