Pros: Not far from the airport . Really nice lobby . Room was nicely done . Cons: Power went out in the middle of the night (whole hotel). Had to get ready for a early flight in the dark ! No apology from staff or communication from Marriott apologizing for the inconvenience .
Very clean, soft beds, updated , nice staff, nice facility
Overall good but could have been great.
Pros: Overall ambience is good. Staff is also caring. Cons: I made reservation for 4 at booking com and it was with breakfast. But hotel offers free breakfast only for 2 and charges$25 for each additional guest. Booking.com should clearly tell all conditions. Hotel assigned me room for specially enabled but i never requested that. Bath floor became completely wet. They should assign room which was requested.
Almost great.
Cons: At about 2 am a storm came through and knocked out the electricity. I understand they can't predict the weather but what bothers me is we were forced to leave(not by staff) around 4:30 am because we were sitting in a dark room with no ventilation, unable to make coffee, watch tv... we were also unable to use our breakfast vouchers due to the outage. Again, I realize they don't control the weather but I would have appreciated a little something knocked off the bill because we were unable to take advantage of what we paid for.
Will come back
Pros: The bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport. Free parking was a great plus. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity. Cons: Breakfast is not free.
November here averages 5°C, with around 68 mm of rain across the month.
