Overall, after the necessary room changes and accommodations were made we had a pleasant stay.
Pros: It was a delicious variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and selections to choose from daily. Cons: The rooms were extremely humid and had a musty odor.
We had a great holiday but would not return to PH
Pros: We were a group of 12 and the hotel was lively and had plenty to do. Nice coffee shop which was open all day for speciality coffees, sandwiches and pastries which were great. The main Buffett restaurant had a good varied choice and the food was tasty. Ice-cream was also available most of the day. Staff were great especially the entertainment team. Cons: To say the hotel is only 6 years old the rooms were tired and in need of updating - We reserved 4 rooms near the beach front all next to each other as we were extended family travelling and wanted to be together (this was $275 per room du
Pros: The polls and beach and staff Cons: The room service was not great and wish it would have had more options and buffet needed more changes and menu
Pros: The hotel was nice and the kids really enjoyed the pools and lazy river! Cons: I didn't like that the water parks were closed and it was hard to get reservations at the restaurants. We were only able to eat at two of the restaurants where reservations needed to be made. Also, the smoke detector kept going off in our room during our stay.
