Was perfect for location and staff friendly
Pros: Location was really good, so close to everything and trams right outside the door Cons: Rooms so small, photos make it look big. Basic amenities like toilet paper, towels,coffee and sugar you need to ask for. They were accomodating in giving it, but it was an inconvenience as at times you couldn’t go to level 3 yourself as the key isn’t activated. Also the phone inside the room isn’t a phone but an intercom.
Pros: Close to tram stop and short walk to Bourke St Mall and other shopping centres. Beds were comfy. There was plenty of room for my family. I enjoyed looking at some of the buildings across the road - they were pretty cool! Cons: Dishes had been left in the dishwasher from previous occupants. There was also some rubbish on the floor. Make sure you read the fine print on your booking information - you will need to leave a $200 security deposit. Reception area is very untidy.
Pros: Nothing Cons: We had to find new accomodation due to the disgusting, un clean state of the accomodation. Our room was very clearly not cleaned. Build ups of dust, mould in the shower, and bedroom (including on the bed head), dirty walls and floors, benches we dirty and the room looked nothing like it was advertised. We were told the apartment was deep cleaned 3 days prior to our stay - it was very clearly not.
Enjoyable and close to the city and surrounding areas and could walk everywhere
Pros: Location was good and premises was clean Cons: Shower is small and shower head in middle of shower on the roof so trying to put soap on whilst water is running on you makes it very hard (this is a design fault) and bed was slightly on the hard side.
