The host and booking.com let us down.

Pros: We couldn’t get in. Cons: We couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the host on the day’s leading up to the booking with no reply. On the day we tried again multiple times but no response. We received access information but it didn’t work. The people that run the block eventually told us that the host was no longer in operation and the previous booking had had the same issue. We spent a lot of time and money contacting booking.com and eventually had to rebook different accommodation ourselves. It cost us a full day of our holiday.

Its a con. You wont gain access, dont book.

Pros: Girl skipped town 6 months ago so could not gain access Cons: Couldn’t get in so that was a minus

was excellent, until we were no longer allowed to extend our reservations or get our belongings out

Pros: t location walking distance to almost anything Cons: Lack of communication with the host during check out time and still have not received a response pertaining to getting all of my belongings out out of the unit especially my cat who just had kittens 3 days ago :(

Pros: Absolutely nothing Cons: There is a box spring bed base still wrapped in the plastic on top of a metal bed frame and a mattress on top of that. The mattress is bigger than the box bed base and is very unsafe. The dining table and stools are very wobbly and unsafe. The rug is filthy and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The sofa is very dirty, worn and uncomfortable. The side table top isn’t held in place and fell off when I put my phone down on it. The floor is not level and very unsafe for myself as I have mobility issues. There was hair around the bathroom sink and the sink
