Pros: Reception staff on arrival were excellent as we're bar and dining staff, too
Pros: Reception staff on arrival were excellent as we're bar and dining staff, too. Excellent chef, had breakfast, two mornings, and an evening meal which were faultless. Cons: The kettle in the room was in the corner by the wardrobe and was awkward to plug into the socket and dark there even with the light on.
It was really disappointing overall.
Pros: The room was clean Cons: Room was very hot with no effective air conditioning. Unloading and having to go off and park was a pain. Food was mediocre and some staff seemed bored and unenthusiastic.

The room was lovely with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. Lovely courtyard/garden seating area. Hotel parking was available. Great location near the cathedral.
