Overpriced
Pros: Location in the old town, convenient for getting around. Building with beautiful materials. Cons: No soundproofing in the rooms, you can hear the neighbor on the 2nd floor using the bathroom while staying on the first floor. Poor cleaning (floor not cleaned upon our arrival, water bottle from previous tenants under the sofa). Very poor quality bedding.
Great position, lovely room
Pros: Position was fantastic, host was responsive and very helpful & friendly, very clean and because it has shutters the outside town ‘noise’ didn’t bother us. Very nice and roomy inside. Cons: The noise of someone walking on the floorboards upstairs. Luckily they appeared to move out the night we stayed! This wouldn’t stop me staying again… I’d ask for the top floor.
Exceptional place
Pros: Layout, location, and design of the apartment spaces. Cons: Everything has been excellent. As a suggestion, I would put mattress covers to prevent damage.
Wonderful first night in Chania
Pros: We loved this magnificent establishment, very beautiful, very clean, well-equipped. Cons: Nothing
