Property was simply unreachable yet the owner didn't refund my stay

Pros: Nothing, as I could not even get to the property Cons: I was driving my car to the property and it started raining. The rain was not really heavy so I didn't really care about it. It turned out it is located in a very small tight street, there are fences and buildings on both sides of the road. The road there turned out to be flooded! I was really close to the property but I simply could NOT reach it because the road was flooded and the water level already was too high to drive there - the water was already touching the body of the car! I called the property and explained the situation,
