At the reception Carol, super attentive and friendly. It was our daughter's birthday and she had a very nice detail.

Pros: The staff, food, pool, and hotel services are top-notch. Central location, free bus service to PortAventura with a stop next to the hotel. Cons: There was one broken elevator and sometimes the other 2 elevators were not enough, causing queues.
