It was good for us and worked out well
Pros: The location and the very well appointed room Cons: The noise of the bar downstairs
Pros: Excellent and attentive staff
Pros: Excellent and attentive staff. We took our dog and the staff couldn't have done more to help. Good sized rooms, well equipped. Good bar underneath, lovely location in Cardiff, short walk to multiple parks, lots of cafes/restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk Cons: Nothing.
Nice enough but too expensive
Pros: Authentic, very nice and cozy room. Staff were very friendly. Cons: At the ground floor the inn has a sportsbar which was very busy and rather noisy. Nowhere on the photos was this indicated. So €250 for a room is way too much for this
Disappointing for the accommodation offered and the general service
Pros: Within walking distance of celebration party. Easy access to The city. Cons: General noise outside window. Very small bedroom. Coat hangers for shirts etc placed over coffee making machine. Shower temperature control broken. For the price I paid for the one night stay I expected a decent breakfast on offer, although a toaster was available my wife had to ask for some bread to toast and actually had to cut it into slices .
