Overall some of the staff in the parks were incredibly rude. Overall the hotels fine, but the efficiencies of the park and hotel operations really let things down.

Food in the park is terrible and expensive and the food times at the hotel are very strange ended up spending extra to go into Salou for edible food

Excellent staff and what a super resort, direct park entrance was a massive bonus and just a short walk
