Hotel manager purposely inconvenienced paying customers
Poor service, booked a double got a single. We did not get the wifi password we were put in a room with the worse service. All intentional by the manager. We are black people it was two of us. The reservations were clear. I’m making reviews everywhere possible.
Ok But Not for Me
The staff is efficient and good. The parking and valet helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side and have some wear and tear. The pictures don't match the actual, esp on the HotelsTonight app. I was in a pinch and needed something for one night. It was listed as HIP which is inaccurate. This is not a boutique hotel vibe. It's clean enough and basically OK, but not where I will stay again. Had it not been last minute and so late, I would have cancelled the reservation and found another hotel.

Great Stay During TwitchCon
My friends and I stayed at the Porto Vista in Little Italy for TwitchCon, and it honestly ended up being such a good choice for the week. The thing that stood out the most was how clean everything was. Kiki, the Housekeeping Manager, kept checking in on us to make sure we were set, and you could tell she really takes pride in her work. Her whole team was friendly every time we saw them, and our rooms were spotless each day.
