Excellent location and friendly staff

Excellent location within walking distance to all must-see sights and experiences in Porto. The beds were somewhat hard. The breakfast buffet was okay. Overall there is value for money

Great location, great service

The location is amazing. You can walk nearly everywhere (and we did!). The only thing I didn't like was there was no privacy in the bathroom. The shower and toilet were separated by the sink but there was no door for privacy. I'm sure it's not like this n every room but I had a roommate so it was a bit awkward. But the customer service was excellent as well as the food for breakfast and for dinner. The Servers, Gabriel and Amiro were excellent!

Pros: Zeer centraal gelegen, goede bedden met goede matras, stille kamers, enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Cons: 4 sterren hotel, maar geen schoenen lepel nog kam voor haar in de kamer, badkamer upgrade nodig
