Another comfortable stay and the silence - mmm
Pros: Staff so helpful and professional. Room warm and comfortable. Food good with good choices. Love those soft fluffy towels. Liked the newer refurbished rooms. Cons: Window was seriously very hard to close. Door wouldn’t lock on inside. Was depending on a metal bar for security. Shower was very hard to shift position. Being a disabled bath this was a big problem, I would worry about someone with more mobility problems than me.

Pros: staff, food and breakfast were very good... we stayed in room 220 for 2 nights.. the room appeared to adjoin another room with a separating door.. on the first night I rang reception to complain about the noise (the people next door were not necessarily very loud, but we could hear every single word and laugh). I asked to be moved to a different room and was told there were none available. the same happened on the second night. I had aa work related online meeting at 10:30 on Thursday morning and I could not get connected to the internet, the very helpful receptionist (Charlet) who al
