Perfect location for visiting Harry Potter Studios, short walk or drive. Great train links from Watford to central London and to Wembley stadium. 1 hour away from IWM Duxford and lots more! Very comfortable and modern. Off street parking and in a quiet area. Great addition of two tall standing fans, much needed in the hot weather. Would definitely use this location again. Great communication from owners.
