Amazing
Me and my lovely fiancée stayed at Ballsall Common Premier Inn and I’ve got to say it was outstanding, The rooms are modern and comfortable with a cozy feel to them. The staff was extremely welcoming and polite to me and my fiancée. I have to mention the receptionist because he gave us the full experience by showing us to our room and explaining where all the facilities are and until what time they are available. He was very polite and made us feel so welcome. The food was amazing and fresh, and there’s not one thing or part of this Premier Inn I can complain about. I would highly recommend th

Clean accommodation, friendly staff, and good food. Ideal for visiting NEC
Although the decor in some areas is beginning to look a little tired, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. All of the staff, both at Premier Inn and The Beefeater, were friendly, polite, and efficient, and the food both at breakfast and in the evening was good. Quite close to NEC and easy to find following Sat Nav.

Absolutely awful
Wouldn't stay here again very disappointed! There was pubic hair in the sink, human hair in the plughole of the bath/shower, a window that wouldn't close by where our daughter was sleeping, she was freezing, and the sill kept having pools of water on it, our daughter ended up sleeping with us! There was an awful odor from the toilet every time it was flushed! The breakfast was awful, pale bacon; slimy eggs, and the sausages tasted strange! My daughter is full of cold and my husband has a dodgy stomach. We stayed from the 14th to the 16th of November 2025! No clean towels provided for two days.
