Great experience
Had an excellent night. Giulio is an absolute hero, goes above and beyond. We need more Giulios in the world and please give the man a raise. Mo was also on and looked after us very well. Thank you

The room was pleasant
The room was pleasant. My main comment is that limited parking was listed. The only parking was for blue card/hadicap. There was a parking garage about 6 minute walk away. It worked out okay.

Premier Inn Chelmsford
Staff are welcoming and extremely friendly. Karis in particular was really helpful and went out of her way to provide an excellent service. Highly recommended.

Very nice stay
Had a very nice stay at Chelmsford City Centre last weekend. Giulio, Joanna and Richard really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect :) We really enjoyed the bar/restaurant area (The Social) it made a real difference to the feel of the bar area, not to mention the 2-4-1 cocktails that are definitely recommended!! Hopefully the Social will get rolled out nationwide!
