Negative start to our stay

We arrived at the hotel 45 minutes earlier than check in at 3pm, when we went to reception the gentleman behind the desk greeted us with a Hi, I greeted him back and proceeded to tell him that I had checked in online already, his response you can't check in until 3, i.asked if it was a possibility to check in slightly earlier and the response I got was you will have to pay £15 to check in early. There was no apology or I will check your room to see if it's ready, he basically wasn't bothered, we came back 30 minutes later when we saw other guests arrive and waited to check in. Great value for money friendly hotel.

Great value for money. The staff were really fabulous, very helpful but not intrusive. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were good so that we had a full night's sleep with no problems.

Great time and great service

Thank you to Sarah at the reception for taking care of us 😁 We arrived early from Canada and she did her magic to find us clean rooms with early check ins.

Exceptional Hospitality

Brilliant breakfast & dinner service. Amazing & helpful staff especially Karolina who helped with a smooth checking in & provided an iron & fresh towels.

Very reasonable priced room for one night and lovely restaurant staff

Lovely clean hotel with great welcome from reception staff. Very reasonably priced just for the one night. Used the restaurant in the evening and Peter our waiter couldn't do enough for us. Incredibly knowledgable about the food and really an all round pleasant chap.
