Premier Inn Dundee West
Our room was very comfortable and spotless. We enjoyed drinks in the bar before our meal in the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will be back.

Poor check in experience!
Awful check in with the two ladies in charge slow and unhelpful although appreciate a group wanting seven separate rooms and separate payments didn’t help!A machine not working so when the manageress turned up she said how easy was to sort and criticised her staff for not sorting it out !Both female staff when we got to finally check in were unhelpful in the extreme with our booking! the next morning the receptionist was totally helpful and sorted everything out! The lady on reception was awful and her manager as bad! Rooms good but breakfast slow and cooked not buffet so took for ever!

Average Premier inn stay.
Chose a nights stay to explore Dundee as free breakfast was on offer and new premier plus rooms were available. Have stayed twice before in the past. Free parking though you have to register your car on checking in. Room as expected. Good size, comfortable bed. The only down side for me is that the plus rooms only have showers and this seems like a downgrade for me. Mirror , hairdryer set up , stool etc to get ready sort of feels like you are a mountain goat on a cliff edge. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Had a meal in the attached beefeater restaurant. This was fine and reasonabl
