Eastborne
Kay was great but breakfast on our first morning wasnt good. The cook burnt the full english and my poached eggs were hard. Dreading breakfast the following day it was completly different not burnt at all. Possibly down to a different cook. Only had 1 bath towel but reception rectified this.
The best Premier Inn
I have stayed in the hotel on numerous occasions whilst I have had building works done. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant serves an evening meal and all you can eat breakfast. The biggest thanks need to go to Dawn, Georgina and Josh. They always make me feel welcome, especially when I’m sat on my own in the restaurant. Thank you guys.

Value for money
Comfortable room, good location, good breakfast, the shower over the bath was difficult to use so my wife had a bath, very deep bath causing a problem for my wife when getting out, needs hand rail fitting on wall.
Recommend
Brilliant location. We expected noise with being a town location but it was really quite.. didn't hear any noise at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was spotless all the areas of the hotel and the room. I only wished I could open the window a little to get some fresh air in as we found the room a little hot and stuffy.
