Great stay

Had excellent stay room was spacious for family of 4 room was lovely clean and fresh staff where nice friendly bunch always got a good morning from housekeeping and nothing was a bother

Lovely, clean and friendly staff

Excellent stay. We had to stay here for a few nights to visit some family. All I want to mention is the staff were fantastic and so friendly and caring towards our small children. The girls that were cleaning our rooms were always talking to our children and making such an effort can’t thank them enough. Overall the hotel is in an ideal location and is easy to get to and from the city centre which is perfect!! Room was lovely and clean. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Best stay

What a lovely stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful they made me feel at ease. Probably the best Premier Inn staff I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with They were having a refurbishment at the time, you could not tell work was going ok. The site manager for Novus was very nice and polite New rooms look amazing I’ll definitely stay again, very clean and stylish 10/10

Never Again

I have stayed at the Premier Inn in Stepps on many occasions while visiting family and friends in Glasgow. On this occasion, I stayed for 3 nights at a fantastic low rate. Unfortunately this will be my last visit, until there is a complete refurbishment, it is now tired and in urgent need of investment. Pros: - brilliant reception staff, who are always professional, helpful and welcoming - comfortable mattresses, always have great sleep - warm room (near freezing outside) - excellent rate - free parking - free de-icer & scrapper on table at front door - adjacent pub/restaurant - close to mo
