Overall a very pleasant stay for one night and I would stay here again.
Room was clean and had everything I needed. It was also very quiet given that it was near a main road. Check-in and out was straightforward with no issues. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was a bit limited in terms of choice and the space is quite small so it could get a bit crowded around the food when it was busy. Overall a very pleasant stay for one night and I would stay here again.
Take disinfectant wipes
The room was filthy. Cups not washed, door handles and skirting boards that hadn’t been cleaned in months and pubes in the bed.
Great night's stay
Great location with easy access to M5. Lots of free parking. Friendly welcome. Great sized room. Really good night's sleep. Good breakfast in the morning with regular restocking of food and drink. Quiet. Would recommend and stay there again,👍

Room had a pungent smell of damp , dust and black condensation / damp on corner of the wall Rubbish found under bed Noisy part of the hotel ( Lower floor) the Manager was extremely busy to listen to my concerns and handed me a customer relations card to complain
Wouldn't recommend off my experience
No one at reception when we arrived. Not overly friendly when they came. Room was dusty. Obviously Not hoovered. Reception said they only get hoovered when deep cleaned.... shouldn't we have a deep cleaned room on every visit.. I wouldnt think a hoovered qas standard in a clean.. they said they use a robot.. ive ine at home. They sweep. Dont suck.. but in the morning when staff doing changeovers i saw no hoovers. No robots. Just a floor scraper mop thing. the rooms arnt exactly cheap.. I expected hoovered room. Dusted. Bare minimum. I Didn't take my socks off to walk on the carpet. booked
